Refund policy

We understand shopping online has it's challenges and want to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible! Therefore, all merchandise that has been unworn, unaltered and still has the original tags, will be accepted for exchange or store credit within 10 days of the receipt of the goods. The ten days begins the day you receive the package. All exchanges MUST have the original tags from the time of purchase, be free of smells, and must be accompanied by the invoice or copy of the original invoice.

Please note: Return shipping costs will not be refunded and sale items are final sale and therefore, non-refundable.

All accessories are final sale and non-refundable, with the exception of shoes, which may be returned for an exchange or store credit if unworn and in original packaging.

Please note on your invoice whether you would like a store credit or exchange. If exchanging, please note the style, size, and color of the item you would like in return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
